• Take end-to-end technical ownership of the Recare Voice Native product • Own technical direction, roadmap execution, and delivery predictability • Mentor and coach engineers, conduct code reviews, and remove blockers for the team • Drive performance, reliability, observability, and privacy/security in healthcare workflows • Design, build, and ship robust mobile applications using React Native and TypeScript • Ensure production readiness through stable releases and clear runbooks
Job Requirements
- 6+ years of professional software development experience
- Strong expertise in React Native and TypeScript
- Comfortable building complex, stateful mobile UIs
- Solid foundations in CI/CD and testing frameworks
- Strong interest in advanced topics such as pipelines, caching, and performance optimization
- Experience building and operating mobile applications in production
- Demonstrates ownership and escalates issues appropriately
- Effective communication in remote-first environments
- Commitment to security and privacy by design
- Fluent in English and comfortable working in international teams
