Title: Legal Solution Architect Job Description: Location: West Chester, OH (REMOTE) Salary: $105,000 annually Is this position eligible for bonus or commission - Bonus eligible based on company performance, No commission Travel: 20% This is a foundational role within a growing legal technology division operating inside an established Microsoft-focused professional services organization. The Legal Solutions Architect owns client environments holistically, ensuring technical stability, driving modernization initiatives, supporting product delivery, and strengthening client relationships. The role blends infrastructure expertise, advisory leadership, and adoption strategy to deliver exceptional technical care and long-term client success. Responsibilities: Client Technical Ownership & Relationship Management - Serve as primary technical advisor for a portfolio of legal clients. - Develop deep understanding of each client’s business operations, workflows, and risk profile. - Maintain awareness of all contracts and support agreements and ensure commitments are met. - Conduct regular client touchpoints to proactively identify concerns. - Advocate internally for clients by sharing feedback and improvement opportunities with product teams. Infrastructure Health & Technical Oversight - Maintain ongoing awareness of environment stability across servers, cloud services, Microsoft 365, Azure workloads, and business applications. - Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and on-site resources to ensure aligned client support. - Proactively identify risks and drive resolution through direct remediation or coordination with technical teams. - Provide technical depth to strengthen account relationships and surface hidden risks or opportunities. - Manage hybrid, on-premises, and cloud-native environments. - Maintain awareness of vendor tools, services, and release cycles relevant to each client. - Lead modernization conversations and technical roadmap planning with clients. Product Delivery & Pilot Support - Lead delivery experience for new product engagements, ensuring smooth onboarding and execution. - Identify technical blockers early and resolve or escalate with context. - Develop training and adoption plans tailored to legal professionals. - Translate client feedback into actionable insights for product teams. AI & Copilot Adoption - Build working knowledge of Microsoft Copilot and related AI tools relevant to legal environments. - Identify practical, high-value AI use cases and guide adoption. - Serve as internal resource for legal-specific AI implementation patterns. Business Development & Growth - Partner with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to ensure aligned client strategy. - Provide technical guidance to on-site resources supporting client environments. - Collaborate with support desk teams to strengthen their understanding of legal industry needs. - Work with product teams to refine offerings based on client patterns and feedback. - Operate with a proactive, startup-style mindset to help develop processes, playbooks, and standards Required Qualifications - Significant hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or technical account management (typically 10+ years). - Deep familiarity with Microsoft technologies including Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure, and hybrid environments. - Experience with systems management and automation platforms such as endpoint or systems management tools. - Exceptional communication skills with ability to build trust across technical and non-technical audiences. - Strong client-service orientation and accountability mindset. - Ability to travel approximately 20%, including on-site client visits. Preferred Qualifications - Direct experience working within or alongside a law firm environment. - Exposure to Microsoft Copilot Studio or related AI platforms. - Experience supporting professional services or regulated-industry clients.
