This role is ideal for newly licensed attorneys. Key Responsibilities - Manage cases from filing through post-judgment - Conduct legal research and draft legal documents - Represent clients in court hearings across Florida - Negotiate with opposing counsel - Handle a high-volume caseload efficiently - Communicate case updates and strategies Requirements - Active Florida Bar license (required) - 0–3 years of experience (litigation, collections, or bankruptcy preferred) - Courtroom or hearing experience (preferred) - Strong research, writing, and communication skills - Ability to manage multiple cases Nice to Have - Multi-state licensure or eligibility Would you like to know more about this opportunity?
