• Serve as a primary point of contact for attorneys, legal assistants, and clients regarding accounts receivable and collections matters. • Respond accurately and promptly to collection-related inquiries, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction. • Partner with internal stakeholders, including management and finance teams, to address collection needs and mitigate financial risk. • Manage and oversee assigned attorneys’ receivables portfolios, ensuring compliance with firm policies and financial objectives. • Monitor delinquent accounts and at-risk inventory, providing regular reporting and insights to leadership. • Proactively manage inventory by resolving aged invoices, credit balances, and aged unbilled work. • Execute client outreach strategies using phone, email, and written correspondence to resolve delinquent accounts.

• Manage a full range of employment-based immigration matters: EB-1A/B, EB-2 NIW, O-1A/B, H-1B, L-1, PERM, TN, E-2, and beyond • Serve as attorney of record and draft petitions that are persuasive, precise, and client-centered • Anticipate issues before they become problems — surface risk early, communicate proactively, and drive cases to resolution • Guide clients through complex and often uncertain processes with clarity, strategy, and care • Communicate with urgency and directness — clients should always know where they stand and what comes next • Own escalations on your cases from intake through resolution • Uphold and improve Alma’s legal standards across templates, processes, and workflows • Identify gaps in how we work and bring solutions — not just observations • Collaborate with product and operations to surface tooling needs and workflow improvements • Participate in new client consultations, assess eligibility, and recommend pathways with confidence

• Manage a caseload of motor vehicle accident (MVA) claims from pre-litigation through settlement or trial • Provide legal advice and strategy to clients regarding their claims • Conduct case investigations, gather evidence, and review medical records • Draft pleadings, motions, demand letters, and settlement agreements • Negotiate with insurance companies to secure favorable outcomes • Represent clients in depositions, mediations, and court proceedings (as needed) • Collaborate with paralegals, case managers, and support staff • Maintain accurate case documentation and meet deadlines

• Manage BPO and LSO vendors handling inbound legal leads • Ensure rapid response times and high-quality intake execution • Monitor SLAs, QA standards, and compliance • Improve lead-to-case conversion rates • Identify inefficiencies and reduce lead leakage • Evaluate, onboard, and replace vendors • Collaborate with data teams to track KPIs • Work with development teams on systems and automation • Align with law firm stakeholders and executives
