Job Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, with several in roles operating at the seam between partner engineering, platform engineering, and product.
- Strong TypeScript, comfortable across front-end (React) and server-side JavaScript, and the ability to read a Java backend even if you don't want to write one.
- Hands-on experience shipping or integrating with MCP (Anthropic, OpenAI, Copilot, or Gemini flavours).
- You'll hold product shape, engineering feasibility, and partner intent in the same conversation.
- You communicate directly. You resolve misalignments by writing clearly.
- You've worked inside product stacks that are heterogeneous and move fast.
- You know how to orient yourself quickly in a codebase you didn't write.
- You raise the technical bar across Ecosystem engineering by sharing knowledge, feedback and bringing others into partner facing wins.
- A track record of turning ambiguous partner signal into crisp engineering decisions that Product and Engineering acted on.

• Manage all aspects of Injection Stretch Blow Molding (ISBM) tooling projects including tooling definitions and specifications. • Responsible for Managing and ordering blow tooling. • Participate in Business Development Request (BDR) and Bottle Tooling Quoting Process. • Document project scope related to ISBM tooling. • Interface with R&D engineering and Product Development on new container projects to review and confirm container design specifications meet blow mold tooling standards. • Ensure information transfer from development to production tooling. • Work with Supply Chain and Amcor plant resources to determine the best production line(s) for new tooling. • Work with plant resources to determine and document the tooling requirements for new projects including downstream requirements. • Work with Amcor and tooling vendor resources to determine the production injection stretch blow mold design and construction. • Document required mold construction on an Injection Stretch Blow Production Mold Order (ISB-PMO) Form and communicate to mold vendors. • Obtain tooling quotes and delivery times from vendors. • Develop Bills of Material for tooling projects capturing necessary capital and expense costs. • Facilitate tooling process and issue purchase orders to vendors. • Review and approve vendor tooling assembly drawings and models to ensure that the Amcor features are incorporated in the design. • Conduct design reviews for critical projects. • Track vendor progress and performance. • Review of vendor status reports. • Communicate and resolve any tooling or delivery issues. • Participate in new ISBM tooling vendor assessments, development, onboarding and qualification. • Work with Amcor resources and vendors to determine compatibility of existing tooling across production ISBM lines. • Issue weekly internal status report for all ongoing blow tooling projects. • Manage new ISBM tooling project pipeline and escalate vendor capacity conflicts or constraints. • Create and maintain project files and database entries for each project. • Create and maintain blow mold tooling standard documents as required. • Maintain Master Equipment Matrix for ISBM and downstream equipment
