Role Description As an SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Lead (EC Lead), you will drive the delivery of cutting-edge SAP HXM solutions with a focus on Employee Central. You’ll lead end-to-end implementations, guide clients through digital HR transformation, and ensure alignment with industry best practices. • Configure, customize, and deploy SAP EDM solutions • Establish data standards, validation rules, and governance policies • Manage data replication and synchronization between SAP and legacy applications • Define business requirements and create technical specifications • Provide ongoing support for EDM applications and perform auditing of data quality
