Job Description Role Overview We are seeking a motivated Human Resources Generalist to support our Payments organization. This role will serve as a key partner to employees and managers, helping ensure a seamless employee experience through effective onboarding, offboarding, and day-to-day HR support. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to provide thoughtful coaching and guidance on routine employee matters. Key Responsibilities - Manage and execute onboarding processes to ensure a smooth and engaging new hire experience - Coordinate offboarding activities, including exit processes, documentation, and system updates - Serve as a first point of contact for employee and manager HR inquiries - Provide coaching and guidance to managers on basic employee relations, performance conversations, and HR policies - Support employee lifecycle activities including job changes, promotions, and data updates - Partner with HR Operations and Centers of Excellence to ensure accurate and timely processing of HR transactions - Maintain data integrity across HR systems and ensure compliance with company policies - Assist with HR initiatives, programs, and projects as needed What Success Looks Like - Delivers a seamless and positive employee experience from hire to exit - Builds trust with managers through practical, solutions-oriented guidance - Maintains high accuracy and compliance in all HR processes - Demonstrates a proactive, team-oriented approach to supporting the Payments organization Qualifications - 10+ years of HR experience, preferably in a generalist or HR operations role - 3+ years of Leave Management - Experience with high volume onboarding and offboarding processes - Exposure to employee relations and manager coaching preferred - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion - Effective communication and interpersonal skills - Experience working with HR systems (e.g., UKG, Workday, or similar) is a plus - Compensation range of $60-110K USD base salary plus discretional annual bonus opportunity Additional Information Values and Life at Xplor Our four core values that guide us from how we hire and recognize our team members to how we interact with our customers day to day: Make life simple Build for people Move with purpose Create lasting communities If these values sound like you, and describe people you want to work with, you will thrive at Xplor.
