In this role, you will provide psychiatric evaluations and medication management services to clients across the lifespan, with a strong focus on children and adolescents. You will work collaboratively with therapists and other providers to ensure integrated, patient-centered care, addressing conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and other behavioral health concerns. Responsibilities - Conduct psychiatric assessments for children, adolescents, and adults. - Develop and implement individualized medication management plans. - Monitor treatment response, side effects, and adherence, making adjustments as needed. - Educate patients and families on psychiatric medications, potential side effects, and treatment expectations. - Collaborate with therapists, primary care providers, and school-based professionals when appropriate. - Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters. - Participate in interdisciplinary meetings, case consultations, and ongoing professional development. - Provide crisis intervention support as needed.
