• Provide exceptional customer care and support to care organizations • Handle customer support phone calls from care organizations using the medicine dispensing robots and the connecting administrative system (Telecare system) • Provide high-quality assistance to customers with their various questions related to using and refilling robots, handling alarms, and operating the Telecare system • Remote corrections and other alarms in the background system • Escalating possible issues to tier 2 when unable to resolve the issue • Prioritize and coordinate tasks and assignments • Documenting each call with relevant and necessary information
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least an Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field, or relevant experience
- Passion to create excellent customer experience
- Attention to detail and technical orientation (to solve remote corrections)
- Good communication skills, and ability to explain technical details in layman's terms
- Strong empathy as you will be handling issues in a healthcare environment
- Possess a high level of problem resolution ability to identify the cause of the issues and provide a holistic solution, at the first contact
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of supporting market
- Valid EU passport/Working Visa

Role Description This position is based out of Seattle, WA. The Global CRM Intern supports the CRM team by enhancing user enablement and adoption across regions. The Global CRM Intern will report to the Global CRM Manager and support the Global CRM team in developing enhanced training resources for regional CRM users. These materials will be used to support both existing employees and the onboarding of new team members.
