Role Description - Responsable de los ingresos por ventas y del Material Margin a nivel de producto. - Definir directrices de precios por segmento de mercado y tipología de cliente. - Apoyar a los Customer Development Managers (CDM) en cuentas clave con desarrollos importantes. - Asegurar un seguimiento regular de los objetivos de ventas del producto por parte de los Customer Development Managers. - Definir estrategias para el crecimiento a largo plazo de los productos. - Definir junto con los “proveedores clave” la estrategia de salida al mercado (go-to-market). - Mantener contacto regular con los proveedores (informes de reuniones profesionales, scorecards, etc.). - Incrementar la relación estratégica de Caldic con los proveedores clave (incluyendo alta dirección si es necesario). - Gestionar el despliegue de nuevos productos en los distintos segmentos. - Organizar formaciones sobre producto. - Organizar visitas conjuntas entre representantes de proveedores y Customer Development Managers en cuentas seleccionadas. - Gestionar negociaciones de precios de compra para obtener las mejores condiciones. - Responsable del inventario de producto (nivel y rotación de stock según ventas). - Desarrollar la estrategia de precios de venta para grupos de productos y definir rangos de precios. - Definir volúmenes mínimos de pedido como guía para ventas. - Definir prioridades de I+D y gestionar el pipeline de innovación (apoyo a la conversión en ventas). - Analizar el benchmarking de costes de producto y optimizar márgenes. - Recopilar información de mercado relacionada con el producto (por ejemplo, ofertas de la competencia). Qualifications - Licenciado o Ingeniero en Química (área Industrial). - Máster/Postgrado relacionado con comercial. - Negociación, Técnicas de venta, hablar en público, Análisis financiero. - Inglés: Professional (C1). - Conocimiento de sistemas ERP y CRM. - CRM (recomendable). - Paquete office nivel avanzado (especialmente, Excel). Role Description This position is based out of Seattle, WA. The Global CRM Intern supports the CRM team by enhancing user enablement and adoption across regions. This role focuses on developing simplified, scalable training solutions and exploring AI-driven tools to improve CRM usability, onboarding, and best practice adherence. The Global CRM Intern will report to the Global CRM Manager and support the Global CRM team in developing enhanced training resources for regional CRM users. This role requires a technically minded individual with an interest in AI who can transform existing user guides into short, clear, and engaging training videos. These materials will be used to support both existing employees and the onboarding of new team members. The intern will also have the opportunity to explore and leverage AI capabilities, including tools such as Sales Co-Pilot, to enhance training solutions. This would include developing interactive tools that integrate with the CRM platform to provide real-time guidance and support for commercial teams. The overall objective of this role is to help make CRM systems more intuitive through AI-driven guidance, reducing the need for frequent hands-on training. In doing so, the Global CRM team will be better positioned to focus on strategic development initiatives while decreasing reliance on third-party contractors. Role Description Reporting to the Vice President US Food & Beverage, the individual will be responsible to lead all aspects of the Sales process for given accounts/geography. The Customer Development Manager (CDM) is the CEO of their customer accounts/geographies and is responsible for promoting the company’s products as a sales professional to all existing and prospective accounts. Current accounts include all segments of the Food and Beverage industry with the exception of Nutrition. The position will develop and maintain productive working relationships with current and prospect distribution and value add products.
