• In partnership with Exec and stakeholders, proactively identify inefficiencies, broken processes, and untapped opportunities across the organization without waiting to be asked. • Build and ship custom tools, integrations, and internal applications that deliver immediate, visible impact. • Translate non-technical asks into technical requirements, and translate working solutions back into language stakeholders care about. • Work with leadership to prioritize and get after the areas of highest return for Hungryroot.
