• Support INTERSPORT Digital GmbH in achieving measurable productivity gains through automation • Build internal AI capability and reduce dependence on external service providers • Identify and assess automation opportunities • Build a structured use-case portfolio • Responsible for analysis, design and implementation of AI-enabled processes • Design hands-on training and frameworks to enable colleagues • Ensure compliance with security and data protection guardrails
• As a Product Data Consultant, you ensure our product data is delivered with high quality, consistency and scalability. • You work at the interface between Content, IT, partners and business units, actively supporting the transition from manual to automated product data processes — with a clear focus on B2C. • You support Content Managers and external partners in building, maintaining and developing efficient, semi-automated processes for enriching and updating product master data. • You act as the central contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding product data processes. • You analyze existing structures, identify optimization opportunities and, together with the business units, derive concrete measures. • You ensure the quality of data received via interfaces and initiate appropriate corrective actions in case of deviations. • You develop processes for error detection, prevention and data validation (consistency, plausibility). • You contribute to the further development of our central product data system, particularly in the area of automated error detection, derivations and notifications. • You document processes and enhancements and work closely with adjacent teams.
• You will further develop the trade marketing function holistically: strategy, operating model, roles, processes, calendar and priorities • You will consolidate existing elements such as visual merchandising, flyers, POS, CRM and promotions into a consistent end-to-end setup • You will build high-performing core teams and manage external partners and agencies • You will develop playbooks and toolkits, e.g., campaign templates, POS standards, local adaptation guidelines and CI-compliant assets • You will segment retailers by maturity and potential and derive appropriate activation programs • You will plan activities consistently along the customer journey: store visit, purchase, repurchase • You will ensure a consistent brand presence across all retail formats and touchpoints • You will align central campaigns with local execution, e.g., CRM, loyalty, local paid approaches, events and promotions • You will build a KPI and control system that makes adoption, campaign impact, uplift, visit-frequency and revenue levers visible • You will establish test-and-learn approaches with clean pilots, geo- and holdout-logics • You will provide clear analyses, dashboards and a data-driven decision-making basis
• Ensure smooth fulfillment to deliver the best customer experience • Take responsibility for fulfillment operations and proactively develop them further. • Monitor and analyze KPIs (cancellation rate, customer complaints, processing/throughput times). • Manage interfaces between our systems and external shipping/logistics partners. • Identify opportunities for automation. • Act as the competent point of contact for Intersport members/retailers on complex fulfillment issues and conduct onboarding training.
