Remote position within Argentina & Uruguay RYZ Labs is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our client’s team, focused on building and scaling a real-time platform for sports card collecting and live commerce experiences. Our client is building the home of the sports card and collecting hobby—a platform where fans can buy, sell, and engage with collecting in real time. The analytics team is growing rapidly and is looking for someone who can transform complex, sometimes messy data into clear, reliable reporting that drives real business decisions. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, takes pride in data accuracy, and enjoys owning dashboards end-to-end. This role requires strong SQL expertise, experience working with BI tools, and a proactive mindset to investigate data deeply and deliver insights stakeholders can trust. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and enjoys working across multiple data domains, partnering closely with cross-functional teams such as Operations, Finance, and Customer Experience. Basic Qualifications: - 4+ years of experience in data analytics or a similar role - Expert-level SQL skills, with experience querying large and complex datasets (Snowflake is a plus) - Hands-on experience building and maintaining dashboards using modern BI tools (Sigma is a strong plus) - Strong attention to detail, with a focus on data accuracy and consistency - Experience working with and validating data from multiple sources - Ability to translate business needs into clear, actionable reporting - Strong communication skills, with experience working directly with cross-functional stakeholders - High level of ownership and curiosity, with the ability to independently investigate and solve data issues Nice to Have: - Experience working with operational data (shipping, fulfillment) - Familiarity with financial data (payments, Stripe) - Exposure to customer experience or trust & safety data (e.g., Kustomer) Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain dashboards in Sigma to support Operations, Finance, and CX teams - Migrate existing Excel-based and manual reports into scalable BI solutions - Analyze data across domains such as shipping, fulfillment, payments, and customer support to identify trends and anomalies - Own specific data domains, becoming the go-to person for insights and reporting - Perform ad hoc analyses and data investigations, turning ambiguous questions into clear, data-backed answers - Partner with data engineers to understand data models and identify upstream data issues - Ensure data quality and consistency across reporting outputs - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver accurate, actionable insights
