Job Requirements
- 4+ years of full-time working experience in quantitative analysis roles
- Excellent SQL skills; experience with dbt is a plus
- Experience with search performance metrics (e.g., relevance, ranking quality, click-through rates) is a strong plus
- Proficient in designing, running, and analyzing A/B tests to inform product decisions
- Proven ability to lead analytical projects and prioritize recommendations that deliver impact
- Skilled at synthesizing complex data into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong collaboration and communication skills; comfortable working cross-functionally
- Proficiency with data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI) and choosing effective visualizations
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and work independently in a fast-paced environment

Role Description The Senior Analyst -- Revenue Cycle Analytics plays a vital role in analyzing, monitoring, and enhancing the financial performance of the organization's revenue cycle. Responsibilities include supporting all reporting and analysis related to company revenue, reserves, and Central Business Office (CBO) operations. This involves detailed modeling and analytics utilizing various scenarios. Additionally, this position is responsible for assisting with revenue forecasting and the monthly financial and revenue close processes. - Track essential revenue cycle metrics (such as net collection rate, AR aging, denial rates, charge lag, days in AR) and provide regular performance reports to leadership. - Prepare analysis and reports to assist with strategic initiatives, payer negotiations, and compliance activities. - Analyze the underlying causes of revenue leakage, underpayments, denials, and billing inefficiencies, and propose appropriate corrective measures. - Participates in team concepts and promote a team effort; performs duties in accordance with company policies and procedures. - Regular and reliable attendance is required for the job.
