You must: - Live in Ontario (this is non-negotiable - the role tracks Ontario-specific promotions) - Have active accounts on at least 2 legal Ontario online sportsbooks and/or iCasinos - Be comfortable taking a short in-app screen recording on your phone What You'll Actually Do Once per day, per app, submit a short in-app screen recording showing the current promos. That's it. One submission per app, per day, across 3+ apps you already use. Most trackers finish in under 5 minutes. • Advanced data collection, cleanup, and analysis of healthcare and population data. • Act as a subject matter expert on data sets managed by the Data Analysis (DA) team. • Utilize domain-specific knowledge to stay apprised of shifting payer landscape to ensure Policy Reporter’s (PR) data remains accurate and up to date. • Promote data democratization across the organization by building SQL queries and BI dashboards that detail customer utilization and report regularly to internal teams and leadership. • Take lead on new initiatives including data mining and writing R scripts to expedite DA tasks. • Build and maintain BI dashboards in Amazon Quick Sight. • Represent the DA team and take lead on analytics on interdepartmental projects, with support from team lead. • Contribute to the presentation of deliverables to clients, both in written and verbal form. • Use statistical and analytical knowledge to improve the quality of client deliverables. • Scope, map out and document processes for new and recurring DA work. • Build key data sets to enable operational and exploratory analysis. • Work with Sales, Research, Product & Engineering Teams to improve the utility of the information stored within our database. • Proactively look for ways to improve the quality of our datasets. • Collaborate with internal teams to set standards for data processes within the company. • Communicate narratives with data to many audiences, ranging from product managers to technical leads. • Work with the Engineering team to support process improvements by acting as the DA subject matter expert.

Role Description The Senior Analyst -- Revenue Cycle Analytics plays a vital role in analyzing, monitoring, and enhancing the financial performance of the organization's revenue cycle. Responsibilities include supporting all reporting and analysis related to company revenue, reserves, and Central Business Office (CBO) operations. This involves detailed modeling and analytics utilizing various scenarios. Additionally, this position is responsible for assisting with revenue forecasting and the monthly financial and revenue close processes. - Track essential revenue cycle metrics (such as net collection rate, AR aging, denial rates, charge lag, days in AR) and provide regular performance reports to leadership. - Prepare analysis and reports to assist with strategic initiatives, payer negotiations, and compliance activities. - Analyze the underlying causes of revenue leakage, underpayments, denials, and billing inefficiencies, and propose appropriate corrective measures. - Participates in team concepts and promote a team effort; performs duties in accordance with company policies and procedures. - Regular and reliable attendance is required for the job. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field. - 3+ years of experience in data analysis or revenue cycle operations. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VBA), SQL, and other data analysis tools. - Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. - Excellent communication skills for presenting complex data.
