• Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for client-facing products, integrations, and ecosystem experiences • Build products across mortgage LOS/POS platforms (e.g., Encompass, nCino), partner integrations, and client-facing APIs • Own launches end-to-end — from discovery and requirements through rollout, adoption, and iteration • Partner closely with Engineering and Design to ship intuitive, scalable, high-quality experiences • Work cross-functionally with GTM, Partnerships, and Customer Success to drive implementation, adoption, and customer outcomes • Turn customer and partner feedback into scalable product decisions — balancing customer needs with long-term platform thinking • Make thoughtful tradeoffs across usability, technical constraints, scalability, and business impact • Use data, customer insights, and product judgment to prioritize effectively and drive measurable outcomes

• Make Argyle a key ecosystem partner, expanding distribution for all Argyle products in systems our client's use • Support implementation of technical product integrations/partnerships, including providing recommended API integration paths and step-by-step guidance to partners • Share partner and product knowledge internally, building out and maintaining partner hubs to keep the company aware of how Argyle is implemented in the ecosystem • Share roadmap features and new releases externally, working with partners to integrate the latest Argyle products/features into their offerings • Be highly cross functional. This person should work with the product team to improve product integrations and guide roadmap, the marketing team to market new integrations, and the sales and customer success teams to sell and onboard new clients onto our partnerships • Track the success of partnerships end-to-end, including key metrics (conversion, usage, volume) and revenue of each partnership. Share metrics with partners and find ways to optimize integrations to drive key metrics.

Role Description We are looking for a Product Manager, Revenue Systems to own the lifecycle of our billing and revenue ecosystem. This is a high-impact, hybrid role requiring a rare blend of financial acumen, technical depth, and relationship management. You will be the bridge between worlds: translating complex sales contracts into technical requirements for Engineering, advising Product teams on financial constraints, and partnering with the C-suite on revenue forecasting. You aren’t just managing a system; you are architecting the financial backbone of Argyle. What You’ll Do - Own the Billing Ecosystem: Map and deeply understand the end-to-end billing lifecycle and its interaction with our core products. - Architect the Requirements Lifecycle: Proactively engage with GTM stakeholders to draw out pain points and opportunities. Responsible for the full journey of a requirement: from a high-level business concept to a formal business requirement, and finally into a granular, technical specification that Engineering can build against. - Bridge GTM & Engineering: Work with GTM to structure unique contract opportunities while translating those business needs into precise technical requirements for our engineering teams. - Be the Product Finance SME: Advise Product colleagues on technical limitations and necessary adjustments to ensure product features and financial systems work in tandem. - Drive Revenue Intelligence: Partner with our Analytics team and C-suite to build, test, and ship dependable revenue forecasting models. - Optimize Margins: Lead the "product margin" thinking across the organization, putting theory into practice to help prioritize continuous improvement and feature calls. - Resolve Ambiguity: Identify systemic issues and opportunities for improvement within our billing stack, even when they aren't explicitly surfaced by stakeholders. Qualifications - You have a proven track record of converting ambiguous business needs into structured, technical documentation. - Experience with data analysis and a structured approach to revenue forecasting and margin management. - Proven ability to build relationships with US-based Finance/Sales/GTM teams and international Engineering teams. - Advanced command of English is critical. You must be able to distill complex technical or financial hurdles into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders. - You don't just identify problems; you understand the systems deeply enough to propose and drive the solution.
