• Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards and reporting solutions from scratch • Enhance existing dashboards and reporting workflows for usability, performance, scalability, and maintainability • Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Operations, and other stakeholders to gather requirements • Troubleshoot dashboard, visualization, and data pipeline issues • Perform data validation and quality assurance to ensure the accuracy and integrity of reporting outputs • Proactively identify opportunities for workflow improvements and optimization of BI processes • Provide guidance and knowledge sharing support to junior team members

• Administer, configure and optimize core commercial platforms including Salesforce, Hubspot and other related tools • Translate business requirements into scalable system solutions, determining when to leverage configuration versus customization • Manage integrations between systems, ensuring data accuracy, consistency and seamless workflows across the revenue tech stack • Monitor system performance, conduct regular maintenance and perform data hygiene activities to ensure platform health and reliability • Own the change management process, including testing, deployment and release management across development and production environments • Provide governance and best practices for system usage, data management and implementation of new tools or features • Coordinate with other sales tool administrators in the wider Valeris organization to protect the smooth business operations of each unique business unit and collaborate on joint projects • Partner with various internal teams such as Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance and Commercial Operations to identify areas to improve processes and leverage technology more effectively • Manage and prioritize support requests, ensuring timely resolution of user issues and questions • Lead or participate in full lifecycle of development efforts including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, training and documentation • Train and support end users, driving adoption and effective use of all commercial applications • Evaluate and recommend new tools, integrations and enhancements to improve the overall commercial technology ecosystem • Stay current on platform updates, industry trends and emerging technologies, proactively identifying opportunities for innovation

• Develops new prospects and interacts with existing customers to increase new business sales of Policy Reporter’s products and/or services • Works closely with a variety of team members to manage the business development process for assigned accounts, including financial and commercial analysis to secure new business • Develops, recommends and implements annual sales plans • Manages business needs on a day-to-day basis which includes regular market visits with clients, and engagement in the industry and issues of the day • Acts as a strategic partner with the client, cultivating relationships while providing solutions to complex business needs • Evaluate program effectiveness to make consultative recommendations to enhance, support, and grow business • Must be able to advocate internally for customers best interest while at the same time balancing financial long-term benefits/risks and interests for Policy Reporter • Evaluate products and continuously update offerings to address changing customer and consumer needs • Builds relationships with all internal departments to extend the leadership role of the sales team across all functional areas • Conducts opportunity assessment for all accounts within their assigned territory and defines overall territory strategy

• Advanced data collection, cleanup, and analysis of healthcare and population data. • Act as a subject matter expert on data sets managed by the Data Analysis (DA) team. • Utilize domain-specific knowledge to stay apprised of shifting payer landscape to ensure Policy Reporter’s (PR) data remains accurate and up to date. • Promote data democratization across the organization by building SQL queries and BI dashboards that detail customer utilization and report regularly to internal teams and leadership. • Take lead on new initiatives including data mining and writing R scripts to expedite DA tasks. • Build and maintain BI dashboards in Amazon Quick Sight. • Represent the DA team and take lead on analytics on interdepartmental projects, with support from team lead. • Contribute to the presentation of deliverables to clients, both in written and verbal form. • Use statistical and analytical knowledge to improve the quality of client deliverables. • Scope, map out and document processes for new and recurring DA work. • Build key data sets to enable operational and exploratory analysis. • Work with Sales, Research, Product & Engineering Teams to improve the utility of the information stored within our database. • Proactively look for ways to improve the quality of our datasets. • Collaborate with internal teams to set standards for data processes within the company. • Communicate narratives with data to many audiences, ranging from product managers to technical leads. • Work with the Engineering team to support process improvements by acting as the DA subject matter expert.

Role & Responsibilities - Work with data scientists and other developers to design, implement, integrate and deploy ML systems. - Work closely and professionally with different stakeholders on projects, adhere to project timelines and deliver solutions on time. - Identify opportunities for development of new data extraction pipelines or improvement in existing pipelines. - Serve as project technical lead as needed, collaborate with teams outside of Engineering to ensure that all stakeholders understand project goals, requirements and realistic timelines. - Follow software development best practices and provide technical leadership to the team, including but not limited to: - Programming, code reviews, test, deployment - Mentorship on software development best practices and latest technologies - Keep updated with the latest AI technologies in ML/NLP/LLM and write production-level code to apply document understanding algorithms/models developed internally and from the community to solve our business problems. - Contribute to projects, adhere to project timelines and deliver solutions on time. - Assist with technical incidents by participating in troubleshooting and problem-solving activities, post-incident discussions/analysis, precaution implementation, etc. - Assist as needed with technical reviews of code samples and in technical interviews. Qualifications - 5+ years of software development experience, and 2+ years with machine learning/natural language processing/large language models. - Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering discipline or equivalent experience. - Strong programming skills in Python, SQL. - Proven expertise in LLMs or other modern ML tools, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc. - Excellent debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. - Knows how to structure applications for long term maintenance and ongoing flexibility, familiar with SOLID design principles. - Skills in independently designing distributed and scalable systems.
