Digital Analytics Specialist

Hire Overseas

• Configure and maintain GTM, Meta Pixel, Google Ads conversion tracking, and related platforms • Implement and QA event tracking across websites, CMS platforms, CRMs, and ecommerce systems • Validate conversion events, UTMs, and attribution logic across platforms • Ensure tracking is accurate, consistent, and resilient to site or platform changes • Integrate tracking with CRMs and systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Recruiterflow, or GoHighLevel • Work directly in client codebases when tag managers are insufficient • Implement and troubleshoot tracking in React and TypeScript environments • Diagnose and resolve cross-platform data flow issues • Test and verify all tracking implementations before handoff • Produce clear documentation outlining setups, assumptions, and limitations • Share QA findings and walkthroughs with internal teams and clients • Gather tracking requirements in partnership with account managers • Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders • Proactively recommend improvements to tracking accuracy and reporting reliability

Job Requirements

  • 3 to 5+ years of experience in tracking instrumentation, analytics implementation, or technical ad operations
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and Google Ads tracking
  • Comfort working with JavaScript and TypeScript including React-based codebases
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot complex tracking and attribution issues
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
