Location Fully remote | 9 AM - 5 PM EST Role Overview The Business Development Representative (BDR) will be responsible for engaging potential customer agents, qualifying leads, and scheduling video demos for the sales team. This role requires a proactive and communication-driven professional who can manage outbound outreach, handle objections, and maintain a consistent sales pipeline in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Prospecting & Outreach - Prospect and conduct outreach to provided leads - Introduce and explain the company’s marketing services in a clear and professional manner Lead Qualification & Demo Scheduling - Engage potential clients, assess their needs, and determine fit for the company’s services - Schedule video demo appointments for the sales team with qualified leads Pipeline Management & Follow-Up - Follow up with agents who have shown interest but have not yet booked a demo - Track conversations and progress to maintain a consistent and organized sales pipeline Communication & Objection Handling - Handle objections and communicate the value proposition effectively - Maintain professional and engaging communication throughout the sales process Collaboration - Participate in daily meetings with the team and other BDRs Qualifications Experience - 2+ years of experience in sales, SDR, or BDR roles Skills - Strong verbal communication and cold-calling skills - Ability to engage prospects, assess needs, and qualify opportunities - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently - Strong follow-up and organizational skills to manage pipeline effectively - Ability to handle objections and communicate value clearly Opportunity This is an opportunity to join an innovative proptech company reshaping the home-buying experience.
