• Proactively outreach to landlords, developers, and property owners via cold calling, email, and follow‑ups • Identify potential real estate opportunities aligned with brand growth strategies • Build and maintain a consistent outbound call cadence to generate new site leads • Track outreach activity, responses, and opportunities in CRM or internal trackers • Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities before passing to the Real Estate team • Maintain organized records of contacts, notes, and next actions • Coordinate with internal Real Estate and Development teams • Support pipeline reporting and market coverage initiatives as needed
Job Requirements
- 2+ Years of experience in Sales or account management
- Associates Degree, Bachelors degree in Real Estate, Finance, or related fields preferred
- Strong comfort level with high‑volume cold calling and outbound prospecting
- Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and task follow‑through
- Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage daily activity goals
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic CRM or tracking tools

Role Description We are seeking to add an Independent Contractor to our Workplace Safety Consulting practice who has subject matter expertise related to OSHA Construction Safety (29 CFR 1926), including hands-on construction safety experience and traffic control/flagger operations. Role Description As a Pharmacy Senior Technician Representative, you will work within our Operations (OPS) Insurance team, supporting insurance claims, prior authorizations, and related workflows.
