Role Description We’re looking for a Growth Manager (freelancer) to drive traction through lead generation, partnerships, and new market opportunities, and to support user acquisition as part of a fast-growing growth team. - Launch and develop a new market from the ground up. - Build and manage a pipeline of local leads across clubs, partners, affiliates, creators, venues, communities, and commercial opportunities. - Scout sponsorship and event opportunities that can increase local visibility, trust, and Wyylde member acquisition. - Identify influencer candidates and support local reach-out, onboarding, and market validation with Central Marketing. - Source local partners, creators, affiliates, and ecosystem opportunities that can fuel acquisition, activation, and retention across both sides of the marketplace. - Work with the SEO & CRM Manager to strengthen cluster performance through local keyword research, content validation, campaign feedback, audience insight, and market-specific retention opportunities. - Product quality validation. - Provide local language, cultural validation, and market input for SEO, CRM, paid media, earned media, partnerships, and content initiatives led centrally. - Track local opportunities, tests, and results with a strong KPI mindset, and contribute to weekly and monthly reporting on pipeline, traction, and market learnings. Qualifications - 3 to 5+ years of experience in growth, business development, partnerships, market expansion, or commercial development. - Strong lead generation and business development skills. - Experience supporting growth strategies across acquisition, activation, retention, resurrection, or lifecycle marketing. - A commercial mindset and the ability to spot scalable opportunities. - Strong reporting discipline and comfort with KPIs. - Experience in digital platforms, marketplaces, consumer tech, creator platforms, entertainment or growth-led online businesses. - Experience collaborating with SEO, CRM, lifecycle, or conversion teams. - Comfort turning market insight into actionable recommendations for campaigns, content, and conversion. Requirements - Location: This role is market-based. Candidates must currently live in Mexico. - Languages: You must be fluent in the core languages of your market: English and Spanish (MX).
