About the Role: Fetch is scaling the systems that power tens of millions of users and hundreds of millions of transactions every month. We are hiring an Engineering Manager to lead teams responsible for building Fetch’s next-generation offers and rewards platform. The Offers team builds the systems that transform user actions, such as engaging with partner content, completing surveys, or exercising, into point-earning opportunities. This platform sits at the core of Fetch’s engagement and monetization strategy and requires reliable, scalable infrastructure to support high-volume traffic, experimentation, and rapid iteration. As an Engineering Manager on the Offers team, you will lead engineers building and evolving backend services that support offer creation, targeting, fulfillment, and measurement. You will partner closely with Product, Data, and Platform teams to deliver new capabilities while ensuring the long-term scalability, reliability, and operational health of the platform. This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US offices or remotely in the United States. Role Responsibilities: - Lead, coach, and develop a team of software engineers across multiple experience levels - Set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and support career growth and performance management - Partner with senior engineers to guide system design, architecture, and technical decision-making - Own delivery for the Offers roadmap, ensuring predictable execution and high-quality outcomes - Translate product and business goals into clear technical plans and milestones - Collaborate closely with Product Management to shape roadmaps, scope initiatives, and define success metrics - Partner with Data, Analytics, and ML teams on targeting, experimentation, and measurement - Ensure systems are scalable, reliable, observable, and resilient under high traffic and transaction volume - Balance delivery velocity with long-term technical health and operational excellence - Improve team processes, reduce operational overhead, and drive continuous improvement - Communicate progress, risks, and tradeoffs clearly to stakeholders and leadership - Foster a culture of ownership, quality, and accountability - Support engineers in using AI-assisted tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude Code to improve development velocity, documentation, and code quality Minimum Requirements: - 3+ years of experience managing software engineers - Strong technical background in backend systems, distributed systems, or data-intensive applications - Experience delivering customer-facing products at scale - Ability to evaluate system design, architecture, and technical tradeoffs - Proven track record of leading teams to ship complex projects - Experience partnering with product and cross-functional stakeholders - Commitment to engineering best practices including testing, observability, and incident management - Ability to leverage AI tools to support engineering productivity, code quality, and team efficiency Preferred Requirements: - Experience working on offers, personalization, growth, marketplace, or monetization systems - Familiarity with experimentation frameworks and analytics pipelines - Experience supporting high-throughput, low-latency services - Prior experience scaling teams or systems through periods of rapid growth - Strong programming background in Go, Java, or similar backend languages - Experience working with event-driven architectures and distributed data systems - Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear explanations for non-technical partners

The Development Senior Manager (DSM) at Breakthrough T1D is integral in the day-to-day execution of integrated fundraising efforts to support our organizational strategy and mission. Their relationships with constituents and donors on behalf of Breakthrough T1D will ensure the expansion of our reach to support maximum chapter and event growth to further our mission. The Development Senior Manager role focuses on relationship building with donors and fundraising volunteers within their assigned event portfolio, driving impact and strengthening both donor and volunteer pipeline resulting in increased revenue and results. This individual is a high-impact, high-energy team player who can effectively bring the mission to life within the community through collaboration, cultivation, inspiration, and engagement. They will implement activities to support organizational strategies through their assigned event revenue portfolio to drive optimal results and actively demonstrate and promote enterprise-wide mindsets. As one of the top performing chapters in the country, the Southeast Florida Chapter is a part of the Florida Territory and plays a vital role in the organization’s success. The Florida Territory has 21 staff, 6 Chapter Boards and 17 events collectively driving close to $9 million in total net revenue. The position is based in the Southern Florida Chapter and is a remote role. The individual for this role can be based in Ft Lauderdale, Miami or Boca Raton, FL. Bilingual is preferred Key Responsibilities: Fundraising & Engagement – 60% - Implement revenue and engagement plans that drive new levels of performance and year-over-year growth in the chapter. This includes driving individual and corporate supporter growth within assigned event portfolio. - Responsible for achieving personal event revenue goals and supporting the achievement of overall event, and ultimately chapter revenue and engagement goals. - In collaboration with national and chapter partners, implement annual strategies that will drive growth of assigned event portfolio through corporate and individual donor engagement and stewardship at the event level. Responsibilities Responsible for managing Product Lines delivering a variety of Products leveraging a matrixed and broad based team of technical employees providing design, implementation, and system integration of complex systems solutions.
