How This Role Makes a Difference As the Director, Strategic Growth & Operations, you will oversee the development and execution of strategic initiatives related to mergers, acquisitions, and global expansion. How We Work Together - Location: Remote within the United States. This role requires 100% of work to be performed in a remote office environment. - Travel: This is a remote position with less than 10% travel requirements. The expected salary range for this role is $150,000 - $200,000 USD per year for full time team members. This specialist employs knowledge of cardiac electrophysiology and biomedical engineering concepts to assess the technical function of the patient’s CIED, analyze and interpret device and patient diagnostics, and perform accurate clinical documentation as determined by Rhythm’s best practice standards.
