Job Requirements

- Strong familiarity with sales lead routing platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Chili Piper, LeanData) and experience maintaining or troubleshooting workflow rules.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify issues, and propose actionable solutions within a sales process environment.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations).
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong analytical skills with mastery of Salesforce (or equivalent CRM), advanced Excel/Google Sheets. Experience with BI Tools (Tableau, Sigma, etc.) a plus.
- Exceptional executive communication skills — able to simplify complex analyses into clear recommendations.
- Experience in high-growth SaaS or technology environments preferred.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and shifting between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
- Energetic, thoughtful, systematic approach, focused on robust, repeatable and scalable outcomes.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage across boundaries and communicate effectively, particularly working with Sales and Marketing teams.
