Estamos contratando en Colombia por primera vez y nos entusiasma expandir nuestra presencia en una región estratégicamente importante para nuestro negocio. Colombia es un mercado clave para PDQ, con una sólida base de clientes y relaciones establecidas con distribuidores, además de un gran potencial de crecimiento a largo plazo. En este rol, apoyarás las operaciones comerciales diarias en LATAM, trabajando de cerca con los equipos de ventas, partners y áreas internas para asegurar la correcta ejecución de procesos operativos y administrativos. Es una excelente oportunidad para una persona organizada, detallista y cómoda trabajando de manera transversal en un entorno SaaS dinámico. Lo que harás: - Apoyar las operaciones comerciales diarias en LATAM - Gestionar la activación de órdenes de compra (PO), procesamiento de pedidos y seguimiento interno - Coordinar renovaciones, continuidad de cuentas y extensiones de licencias - Apoyar la configuración y extensión de cuentas de prueba, así como el seguimiento a nuevas oportunidades - Mantener la precisión del CRM (Salesforce) y apoyar la administración del pipeline - Apoyar la elaboración de cotizaciones, solicitudes comerciales y coordinación interna - Realizar seguimiento a clientes y partners sobre temas operativos, incluyendo estado de pedidos y pagos - Coordinar el seguimiento de pagos con equipos internos y externos - Brindar soporte administrativo relacionado con licencias, renovaciones y procesos comerciales internos - Gestionar y dar seguimiento a flujos internos y documentación comercial - Actuar como enlace entre ventas, finanzas, partners y clientes para asegurar eficiencia operativa Qualifications - 2+ años de experiencia en Operaciones de Ventas, Operaciones Comerciales o roles administrativos similares (idealmente en SaaS B2B) - Experiencia trabajando con CRM (preferiblemente Salesforce) - Excelentes habilidades organizativas y capacidad para manejar múltiples procesos simultáneamente - Experiencia apoyando cotizaciones, renovaciones, contratos u órdenes comerciales - Conocimiento de mercados LATAM (Colombia altamente preferido) - Nivel profesional de español e inglés Requirements - Responsabilidad (Ownership): Te haces cargo de tus tareas y aseguras su cumplimiento - Honestidad: Actúas con integridad y transparencia - Colaboración: Trabajas eficazmente con equipos multifuncionales y en diferentes zonas horarias - Mejora: Buscas constantemente optimizar procesos y resultados - Eres detallista, organizado/a y disciplinado/a en la gestión administrativa - Tienes una comunicación proactiva y das seguimiento constante hasta cerrar temas - Te sientes cómodo/a trabajando en un entorno remoto y regional - Tienes una mentalidad resolutiva y te adaptas bien a la ambigüedad Contractor Details (Colombia) - Este rol se vinculará como contratista independiente en Colombia - Debes estar autorizado/a para trabajar en Colombia y poder facturar por tus servicios (por ejemplo, contar con RUT activo) - La compensación se definirá de acuerdo con las prácticas del mercado local para contratistas - El/la contratista será responsable de sus propios aportes a seguridad social, impuestos y beneficios, conforme a la legislación colombiana Why Colombia & This Role - Colombia es un mercado estratégico para el crecimiento de PDQ en LATAM - Es uno de nuestros mercados más activos actualmente - Dos de nuestros principales distribuidores están basados allí - Contamos con una base sólida de clientes en el país - Ofrece potencial de crecimiento hacia roles con mayor responsabilidad regional - Este rol está diseñado para crecer junto con nuestras operaciones en LATAM y puede evolucionar hacia una posición con mayor alcance comercial en el futuro.
