Job Requirements
- Experience in a similar role with ownership of a monthly marketing budget of $1M+;
- Proven success in mobile app promotion across Tier 1 markets;
- Strong knowledge of performance marketing channels: Google, Facebook, TikTok, CPA networks, etc.;
- Familiarity with leading global in-app partners and mobile advertising networks;
- A data-driven mindset and a strong desire to analyze and optimize acquisition performance;
- Practical experience with analytics platforms and tools such as AppsFlyer, Firebase, App Annie, etc.;
- Experience running marketing for multiple apps/products simultaneously;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Russian and English B2+);
