You will - Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies. - Act as the first point of contact for candidates and hiring managers. - Support hiring managers with recruitment process guidance (e.g. helping them to navigate the ATS & advising on interview processes and best practice). - Own application review and screening strategy. - Actively source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms. - Conduct high-quality screening calls to assess candidate suitability and experience. - Manage interview coordination (booking and rescheduling) and candidate communications, via our ATS and recruitment inbox ensuring a seamless and efficient interview process. - Lead and contribute to Talent Acquisition projects. - Share responsibility among the Talent Acquisition team for managing the recruitment inbox, responding promptly to all internal and external enquiries. - Manage the internal Employee Referral Scheme, ensuring communication and payments are handled accurately and efficiently. - Support internal Recruitment communications when required. - Share insights and market feedback in weekly TA meetings. - Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and employment legislation What we are looking for - Proven experience in full life-cycle recruitment and resourcing, preferably within Healthcare / start–up businesses. - An agile and adaptable Talent Acquisition professional with experience working in a fast-paced, reactive role. - Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms for sourcing passive talent - Experience in a target-driven environment - Knowledge of recruitment legislation, GDPR, data protection, and best practice principles. - Good understanding of Recruitment ATS’s. Role Description The Recruiting Coordinator (RC) supports centralized onboarding execution from offer acceptance through hire and start date. This role ensures candidates complete all pre-employment requirements and onboarding milestones efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with organizational and client standards. RC team members operate within a shared-service model supporting multiple programs through standardized workflows.
