• Support the development and maintenance of measurement frameworks for paid media campaigns • Help define and track KPIs aligned to campaign objectives • Monitor campaign performance and flag trends, anomalies, or optimization opportunities • Contribute to cross-channel performance analysis • Support website measurement through tagging, tracking, and data quality checks • Analyze user behavior, conversion funnels, and content engagement to surface insights • Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports • Pull and synthesize data from multiple sources • Contribute data-driven input to campaign planning and test-and-learn initiatives • Stay current on industry trends

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university, or equivalent work experience
  • Degree in Marketing, Data Management, Economics, Statistics, Mathematic, Data Science, or related major preferred
  • 2–4 years of experience in digital analytics, paid media measurement, or marketing analytics
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms (Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics)
  • Exposure to media platforms (Google Ads, Meta, DV360, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of tag management tools (Google Tag Manager, Tealium)
  • Proficiency in Excel; experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) a plus
  • Basic SQL or data manipulation experience a plus
