This role will be a key protagonist in elevating the quality, quantity, and impact of LexisNexis’ market messaging. Lead Content Marketing to develop thought leadership and insight-driven content addressing: - AI-driven workflow transformation in legal practice - Productivity and decision-quality improvements enabled by AI - Emerging legal technology market dynamics - Competitive differentiation of the Lexis Protégé platform - LexisNexis’ testing, adoption, and deployment of LLM technologies in ways that reinforce market confidence and competitive differentiation Intelligence Infrastructure & Governance - Build scalable processes for competitive monitoring, synthesis, and dissemination across the organization. - Integrate multiple intelligence sources including: - Customer insights - Analyst research - Product usage signals - Market and technology trend monitoring - Senior market relationships and external network intelligence - Ensure insights are proactive, forward-looking, and strategically actionable rather than reactive. Qualifications Required Experience - 12+ years in competitive intelligence, strategy, product strategy, market analysis, or related roles. - Experience in legal technology, SaaS, AI platforms, or B2B information services strongly preferred. - Demonstrated experience analyzing AI-driven market disruption. - Proven ability to influence senior executives with data-driven insights. - Strong understanding of how workflow automation and AI create competitive differentiation. - Legal sector experience or a legal background strongly preferred, with technology industry experience also a significant advantage. Preferred Background - Experience evaluating legal research platforms, legal AI tools, document automation, analytics, compliance, or workflow solutions. - Familiarity with law firm and in-house legal department operational challenges. - Exposure to M&A strategy or competitive due diligence. - Strong connectivity across the legal market, with an established network of senior industry relationships.
