• The Regional Delivery Director serves as a Culture, Brand, and Customer Experience ambassador for their assigned region and across the company. • This role oversees a portfolio primarily made up of Third-Party Logistic (3PL) carriers and supports the market of stores indirectly through delivery operations. • Acting as both liaison and subject matter expert, the Regional Delivery Director collaborates closely with cross-functional teams, including Store Operations, DC Operations, Inventory Control, and more. • This leader is accountable for meeting and exceeding financial, operational, and customer experience targets, while managing and improving people and processes.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree; or 15 years of equivalent experience in transportation logistics or retail multi-unit management.
  • 7+ years in logistics management with demonstrated continuous improvement.
  • 7+ years in multi-unit retail leadership.
