Partner with the best The Key Account Manager Aerospace is responsible for sustaining and developing strategic relationships with selected key accounts, generating revenue growth for Waygate Visual. The role leverages company resources to develop and implement strategic solutions that support both key account objectives and Waygate’s long‑term business goals. The Key Account Manager reports directly to the Global Commercial Leader. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for: - Primary business focus is being Aerospace accounts: GE Aerospace and affiliates. We are keeping the possibility to modify the current list. - Building a long-term vision and collaboration with the selected key accounts is happening. - Mapping, developing, and sustaining solid relationships with the defined list of Key Accounts is happening. - Understanding the key account needs and specification is happening. - Building a strategic commercial plan aligned with the Waygate Visual strategy is happening. - Driving continued Orders growth and profitability across all Visual sub-segments including Visual products, Visual services (transactional and contractual), Digital offering (software & InspectionWorks) and Large camera systems is happening. - Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for the Leadership team and the stakeholders is happening. - Collaborating and supporting the Sales team working at the territory level is happening. - Collaborating and communicating with the different functional teams like Marketing, Quality, Product Development, Service… to meet the fulfillment of each key account goals is happening. - Negotiating contracts, mutual commercial agreement (Terms & Conditions) with the key accounts is happening. - Providing and understanding the key account strategy such as programs, new development, expansion plan is happening. - Being able to act and make decision in a complex environment is happening. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: - Have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering or Business. - Have a minimum of 10 years of experience in Marketing and/or Product Management and/or Sales. - Have experience in B2B technology sectors, including products, services, and SW/Digital. - Have demonstrated skills in managing multiple projects successfully. - Have fluency in English. - Have experience in managing by influence global teams. - Have high analytical skills.
