Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Thorough knowledge of sales processes and solution selling, including SaaS products
  • Proven experience in outbound sales and new business development, ideally within the legal or professional services industry
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in data collection, analysis, and reporting relating to sales pipeline and activity metrics
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Expert proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ambitious, self-motivated, and results-driven, with a strong desire to exceed targets and support team growth

The Product Sales Executive (Hematology/Urinalysis) is responsible for driving growth, expanding market share, and supporting Beckman Coulter Diagnostics’ position within the Heme/UA portfolio. This role requires a foundational understanding of laboratory workflows, customer needs, and the competitive landscape, along with the ability to execute sales strategies across a variety of clinical settings. You will partner with internal teams to support customer engagements, position Heme/UA solutions, and contribute to territory growth by identifying opportunities and delivering value across emergency, inpatient, and outreach environments. This position reports to the Regional Sales Manager. Candidates must reside in territory, covering the Midwest area.
