• Own the end-to-end partnership lifecycle from sourcing and pitching to onboarding and scaling • Drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth in one of our most strategic markets • Develop outbound client pipelines • Manage inbound client partnership requests • Approach partnerships from a consultative mindset • Propose partner proposals and pitches • Proofread technical team responses for clients • Collect customer feedback and share findings with the team • Own a rigorous ‘test and learn’ methodology • Constantly build overall brand recognition with customers and partners
Job Requirements
- Professional experience in financial markets, with a strong understanding of trading platforms, brokerage ecosystems, and the way financial institutions operate
- Proven track record in business development or sales, with a demonstrated ability to hit targets and scale partnerships in B2B environments.
- Full professional proficiency in English and Portuguese.
- A self-starter with a partnership-first mindset and a relentless "can-do" attitude.
- Familiarity with web applications, HTML5, GitHub, JavaScript, and other tech tools.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills.
- Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- Competent in Microsoft Office, Slack, and various collaboration tools.
- Experience in finance or trading domain would be a plus
- Familiarity with TradingView as a product would be a plus.

The SVP, Growth & Retention Marketing is the enterprise accountable leader for an Optum Rx-wide growth lever (ORx)-owning strategy, investment, and performance across B2B and B2C audiences through driving a Performance Marketing capability. As ORx continues to scale and diversify growth across multiple business lines, products, and markets, the ability to drive coordinated, measurable growth across a highly diverse set of stakeholders has become a critical enterprise differentiator. This role exists to establish and govern the capability as a centralized, performance-driven growth engine across the enterprise, with accountability for enterprise alignment and performance governance across 12 CEOs / P&L owners. This leader holds decision authority over material marketing investments that directly impact revenue performance across businesses, including projected $16B+ in annual marketing-attributed revenue. This role owns the enterprise marketing investment pool across ORx, with accountability for allocation, optimization, and performance of spend. The SVP establishes and enforces ROI thresholds and investment guardrails, with authority to reallocate resources across business units and make enterprise-level tradeoff decisions to maximize growth, efficiency, and IOI performance.
