Leadership and career progression managing within a service organization. Annual or Hourly Compensation Range The base salary range for this position is $120,500.00 - $180,700.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus pay based on performance, per plan terms. What You Will Do: - Present industry leading data driven business reviews geared towards client solutions and recommendations. - Internal field specialist communication and problem solving, which includes customer program education, coaching and question clarification. - Direct customer email and phone communication, which includes managing customer concerns, requests, and general program inquiries. - Dynamic and innovative ad hoc report creation and execution. - Data driven analyses and recommendations to help customers execute on objectives and drive a culture of brand protection and food safety awareness. - Cross-functional relationship building with IT, program insights, finance, field, and corporate accounts. - Collaborate with other divisions of Ecolab to support our customers. - Initial set up and maintenance of customer programs through database set up and project management. - Manage customer expectations and program components to be implemented by internal teams.
