Systems Implementation Consultant, Finance
IMP Software
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase • Review the Chart of Accounts structure with customers to achieve their desired structure • Review the required approval levels that have been used within each school and in conjunction with IMP’s methodology and the clients’ needs • Define the best method to build the required workflows for purchasing approvals • Support customers through the implementation process including user acceptance testing
Job Requirements
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent knowledge of Excel
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Teams
- Prior experience of finance system administration/implementation or school finances is advantageous
- You are an enthusiastic individual with a logical approach to problem solving
- AAT qual, QBE and Part-qual would be advantageous but not essential

About The Role As a Senior Solution Consultant at UKG, you will play a pivotal role in delivering superior workforce management solutions to our clients. You will be accountable for your own success, utilising your expert knowledge of workforce management software to design and implement solutions that maximize benefits for our customers. What You’ll Do - Lead workforce management implementations across multiple locations and environments. - Define project scope, develop and maintain detailed plans, and monitor progress to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. - Be a key point of contact for clients — managing expectations and fostering strong relationships. - Support the build and configuration of the system, ensuring adherence to the original design and client requirements. Provide expert knowledge and best practices during the Build phase. - Provide guidance and support during the testing phase, including functional testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). - Partner with cross-functional teams, including consultants, support, and engineering, to align on goals and deliver outcomes. - Oversee the full project lifecycle: requirements gathering, quality delivery, testing, deployment, risk mitigation, and reporting. - Identify process dependencies, eliminate redundancies, and ensure efficient workflow.
