Principal Client Onboarding & Implementation Manager
Ometria
• Own enterprise project delivery end to end • Lead onboarding and integration projects for complex North American enterprise accounts • Create and maintain detailed project plans • Proactively identify and manage risks • Ensure every integration solves the client's agreed use cases • Build and maintain strong relationships with technical and commercial stakeholders • Lead client meetings with clear agendas • Provide regular, accurate visibility on project status to leadership • Act as the primary PS contact for North American teams • Work closely with EMEA Professional Services team • Take ownership of reviewing and improving delivery processes
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of technical project management experience in an enterprise SaaS organisation
- Technical depth — strong working knowledge of APIs, data feeds and system integrations
- Stakeholder gravitas — credible and comfortable with senior commercial and technical stakeholders
- Project management rigour — detailed plans and accurate risk logs
- Retail and ecommerce fluency — understand how retailers are structured and their tech stacks
- Organised and accountable — manage a complex portfolio without dropping balls
- A collaborator who operates independently — part of a global team but the only PS person in your region

Our Implementation team is responsible for creating the best customer experience through onboarding, educating, and growing our customers on a global level. This is a remote position. Position: CRM Specialist (HubSpot Implementation) Contract Duration: 6 months (extendable based on performance and business need) Preferred Location: Bangalore preferred, but open to remote within India. We are looking for someone who can lead and support the implementation and optimization of HubSpot CRM. This is a hands-on role focused on setup, configuration, automation, reporting, and system integrations.
