They help restaurants streamline operations, increase order volume, and enhance customer experience through innovative digital solutions. Job Type: Full-Time Location: Remote Job Summary We are hiring a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 1–2 years of tech sales experience to support outbound and inbound sales efforts. This is a high-performance, KPI-driven role ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced remote sales environment and are motivated by targets, growth, and commission potential. Key Responsibilities - Conduct 60–100 outbound calls daily to prospective restaurant clients - Book 5–8 qualified demos per week for Account Executives - Qualify inbound leads and ensure timely follow-ups - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems - Support seamless handoff of qualified opportunities to the sales team - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients - Work independently while consistently achieving performance KPIs

Job Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in tech sales, SaaS sales, or SDR roles
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed KPIs (80–100 calls/day, strong conversion rates)
  • Reliable, high-speed internet connection and professional remote setup
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented mindset
  • Spanish language proficiency (highly preferred)
  • Experience selling into the restaurant, hospitality, or QSR industry
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or similar platforms

• Pro-active analysis of Digital Engineering and embedded opportunities in the target business lines and identify potential customers • Develop and present the eInfochips value propositions – in Embedded, Firmware, software, IOT, Mobility, AI/ML.
