LOCATION: NY Metro & Northeast The Healthcare Enterprise Relationship Manager (ERM) will be a highly motivated individual responsible for managing targeted Healthcare accounts to achieve and exceed sales targets. This position will manage and grow new and current IGEL Healthcare accounts, develop C-level relationships, sell deep and wide, and meet key requirements related to a high-performance sales organization. You will act as a trusted advisor, understanding our healthcare accounts business needs and aligning IGEL solutions to meet those needs. TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Effectively deliver the IGEL value proposition, demonstrating an understanding of the solution and individual products - Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction and retention - Use forecasting and pipeline management to manage sales growth - Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets - Use our Microsoft CRM application to develop and utilize professional account management and follow-up procedures. - Attend local marketing events as appropriate - Become the primary contact person within your accounts while working closely with your colleagues, Inside Sales Representatives, Channel Managers, and Sales Engineers - Develop a sustained pipeline of accounts by actively prospecting via networking, marketing lead follow-up, and personal relationships to independently close contracts - Appropriately engage management and subject-matter experts in the sales cycle - Present territory plan reviews, weekly forecasting reviews, and quarterly sales reviews to the executive team - Building and maintaining strong business relationships with senior level executives EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: - Have a deep understanding of healthcare End-User Computing use cases, healthcare partner ecosystem, and endpoint security. - Strong track record in penetrating/closing new accounts, planning and managing territory resources, leveraging channel - partners and exceeding revenue goals - Proven history of sales overachievement; a demonstrated contact list of multiple levels of contacts in healthcare accounts; the ability to close complex software and services transactions; high-level cross-company and partner engagement skills - Demonstrated ability to identify, qualify and close 6-7 figure sales opportunities - Excellent organization and collaboration skills and a passion for developing world class best practices, within the virtual team and in the region - Must be a strategic thinker and have proven excellence in Strategic Account planning, delivery, and understanding of navigating a complex selling cycle. - Excellent communication skills and strong presentation skills - Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed bookings and revenue targets consistently year over year - Good reputation in the region - Ability to follow through and meet deadlines - Excellent balance of strategic and tactical skills - This role will require someone comfortable working in a small, expanding company, and must possess a desire to be entrepreneurial and adaptable to a changing, growing environment - Experience selling emerging technologies over an extended sales cycle competing against the status quo or incumbents - Excels at finding and closing new business while also expanding existing relationships and has strong problem solving and consultative sales skills - Highly motivated and capable of working independently - MUST have 10+ years of experience in the Field selling software or hardware to Enterprise/Global customers. - Must be Channel Friendly. IGEL is 100% Channel - Must be a hunter. Role Description Working at the RFU means being part of the ‘bigger picture’ at England Rugby: to be rooted in our purpose, which is to enrich lives, introduce more people to rugby union & develop the sport for future generations. An opportunity has arisen for eight Regional Fundraising Managers to join our Rugby Development team on a 3yr FTC basis. The RFU has recently launched Plan 2030: ‘More Than A Game’, which is our strategy to grow rugby across England for the next five years. Our strategy contains four big goals that support and connect to one another - Play, Perform, Follow and Fund. In ‘Play’ we’re aiming to have an additional 50,000 registered players and have more people playing rugby for longer. To support this, the RFU is creating seven new Regional Growth Partnership Boards. Each board will focus on promoting and growing rugby in its area. Their main responsibilities are: - Create new opportunities for people to play rugby in more places - Build strong regional relationships that help the sport - Manage RFU funding for local growth projects - Bring in additional external income to support more opportunities Each region will have a Regional Fundraising Manager who will lead fundraising and revenue-generating activity to support these growth plans. What the role will do - Lead fundraising across multiple income streams (e.g., public sector grants, trusts, foundations, philanthropy, events, and ESG/commercial funding) - Work closely with the Regional Partnerships Manager and Regional Board to support the development and delivery of the regional growth plan - Identify local opportunities and challenges and turn them into successful funding proposals Impact / Outcomes - Brings in new external income that directly enables new rugby activity and programmes - Ensures the region can fund innovative projects that increase participation - Builds long-term funding relationships that strengthen community rugby The Team Each region will have a small team made up of a Regional Partnerships Manager and a Fundraising Manager, supported by central staff including a Head of Regional Partnerships, a National Fundraising Manager, and Data and Insights Manager. This team will work closely with a Regional Board made up of independent members, RFU representatives, and people from the community game. Key Responsibilities - Work closely with the Regional Partnerships Manager and Regional Board to help develop and deliver the Regional Rugby Promotion & Growth Plan. - Create and deliver the region’s external funding strategy, securing income from public, private, and charitable sources. - Lead all fundraising activity, including writing funding applications, running events, and developing early-stage prospects. - Bring new, creative ideas to identify and pursue additional fundraising opportunities. - Track, manage, and report all funding information, from identifying prospects through to receiving and spending funds. - Build strong relationships and collaborate with colleagues across regions and departments to share learning and best practice. - Acting as an ambassador for, and promoting the best interests of the RFU, including the promotion of our culture and core values – This Rose Means Everyone: Put The Team First, Shape The Future, Respect Each Other. - Undertaking other duties as may be required from time to time as are consistent with the responsibilities of the post and the needs of the organisation.
