• Garantizar la ejecución correcta de una estrategia integral de trade marketing • Coordinar y orientar al Equipo de Activadores de Marca On Trade • Supervisar la ejecución de la estrategia a través del equipo integrado • Co-desarrollo del plan de canal On Trade en colaboración con el equipo de estrategia • Responsable de la gestión de A&P • Visitar con CCM y el equipo de ventas a los distribuidores clave • Identificar puntos de venta y lugares clave para actividades de creación de marca • Gestionar la implementación de un conjunto de acciones dirigidas a maximizar el Trade Marketing Mix • Negociación de acuerdos de marca de puntos de venta con Clientes clave
• Responsible for driving national and regional retail execution • Serve as the key liaison between Campari and top national and regional grocery chain buyers • Utilize Nielsen Scan data to track performance, analyze trends and recap program success • Develop annual scan calendar and budget, manage communication to distributor

• Gestionar el RTM (distribuidores / mayoristas) de Girona, frontera de Girona y Andorra • Amplificar la distribución numérica y ponderada • Potenciar el crecimiento de los productos Campari España en tu territorio • Rentabilizar tus relaciones previamente construidas con nuestro RTM bajo tu responsabilidad • Alcanzar los objetivos de volumen, valor y distribución numérica • Gestión financiera, forecasting y resto de KPI´s • Proporcionar un servicio al cliente excepcional • Impulsar eficazmente la educación sobre la marca y las ventas • Mantener registros de clientes, revisar el rendimiento y tomar acciones correctoras • Gestionar las actividades de captación de clientes, especialmente clientes de Hª • Identificar y compartir información sobre el sector • Buscar nuevas oportunidades • Implementar las acciones de las reuniones de ventas
• Achieves new listings and target Rate of Sale for Campari UK brands in independent free trade accounts, such as pubs, bars, restaurants. • Implements promotional activities and incentives to deliver results. • Maintains updated database of information on portfolio of independent on trade accounts on CRM system. • Provides feedback on competitor activities and market trends in the independent style bar sector and in target on trade accounts. • Conducts training sessions in on trade accounts for the company’s focus brands. • Completes all necessary administrative requirements, including weekly journey plans, monthly reports, customer contact reports and other reports requested by the Field sales Executive IFT in real time. • Is adaptable to market and company requirements – is flexible to change territory when requested for a limited period of time.
• Develop Account Sales Plans, based on brand plans, to target accounts that fit each brand’s profile • Achieve new listings and target Rate of Sale in independent bars, clubs, or restaurants and negotiate contracts where possible • Maintain and manage portfolio with regular sales call cycle to achieve menu feature and bar display • Implement promotional activities and incentives to deliver results agreed with the Field Sales Manager • Maintain updated database on the portfolio • Provide feedback on competitor activities and market trends in the independent style bar sector and in target on trade accounts • Complete all necessary administrative requirements, including weekly journey plans, monthly reports, customer contact reports in real time • Deliver world class execution at point of purchase (POP) to deliver a brand experience that sets us apart from the competition in ‘Halo’ accounts/groups • Control the budget for the region and take this into consideration with current and future proposals to management
