You’ll assist clients with their insurance needs—including Renters, Manufactured Housing, and Classic Car coverage—through live chat and inbound calls. Please Note: An active 220 Property & Casualty or 20-44 Personal Lines insurance license is REQUIRED for this role. Candidates without this license will not be considered. Key Responsibilities:   - Handle a high volume of inbound calls and/or live chats for multiple insurance products - Make outbound calls to follow up on existing quotes and close sales - Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and departmental targets - Ensure underwriting guidelines and corporate policies are followed at all times - Track, measure, and evaluate individual sales performance - Efficiently navigate multiple computer systems and applications for client management and processing - Complete all required licensure continuing education and training - Stay updated on all product, policy, and regulatory changes Qualifications:   - Active 220 Property & Casualty or 20-44 Personal Lines insurance license (required) - High School diploma or GED - Minimum 1 year of sales experience, ideally in insurance or a call center environment - At least 4 years of experience working on a desktop/laptop - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to multi-task across multiple screens - Exceptional listening, negotiating, and problem-solving skills - Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment - Ability to become appointed/licensed as a non-resident agent in all applicable states Preferred Qualifications:   - 2–3 years of sales and call center experience - 5+ years of computer proficiency - 1+ year insurance industry experience - Bilingual in Spanish (read, write, and speak) As part of our promise to talent, Kelly supports those who work with us through a variety of benefits, perks, and work-related resources. About the Role We are seeking a VP Government Sales, State Medicaid Strategy & Capture to define and execute our client’s end-to-end strategy for identifying, shaping, and winning state RFP opportunities. This is a quota-carrying, player-coach leadership role responsible for building an intelligence-driven, proactive go-to-market approach—ensuring our clients is well-positioned, well-informed, and highly competitive in state procurements. This role is critical to advancing our client’s mission by enabling access to care through successful expansion into state Medicaid programs.
