• Utilize Java, including Spring Boot, to build robust and high-performance data processing services within our data platform; • Implement real-time data streaming solutions using Kafka, ensuring timely data ingestion and availability; • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to comprehend data requirements, identify opportunities for data optimization, and support data-driven initiatives; • Lead the design, development, and maintenance of efficient and scalable data pipelines, facilitating data collection, processing, and transformation from diverse sources; • Leverage AWS services for data storage, processing, and analytics, adhering to security and performance best practices; • Monitor and troubleshoot service performance, proactively identifying bottlenecks and implementing optimizations; • Uphold data integrity, reliability, and availability by implementing effective ETL processes and conducting data quality checks.

• Participate in multidisciplinary teams (Product Manager, Product Designer, and Developers), developing solutions that delight and support our customers; • Participate in ensuring the quality and security of the squad's deliveries and processes; • Monitor and interpret metrics to track team health and the pace of objectives, proposing improvements where needed throughout the process; • Actively contribute to defining and maintaining the squad's objectives, supporting and actively developing solutions with team members; • Continuously teach and learn in a collaborative environment; • Assist and provide guidance on software architecture, as well as in planning and refining activities.

• Develop and enhance customizations on ITSM platforms (forms, rules, automations, and workflows) • Build integrations between systems via APIs • Develop scripts and solutions using Python • Support the automation of operational processes and service workflows • Work with data manipulation and processing to support solutions • Assist in the analysis and resolution of low-complexity technical issues • Collaborate with technical and business teams to understand requirements • Participate in code reviews and continuously improve the quality of deliverables

• Develop and enhance backend services in Java, working on business-critical flows. • Design, implement, and evolve robust, versioned REST APIs. • Work with microservices-based architectures and Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) patterns. • Implement complex business rules with a focus on reliability and traceability. • Integrate high-criticality internal and external systems. • Ensure security, performance, resilience, and observability of services. • Actively participate in analyzing and resolving complex issues, including production incidents. • Participate in technical decision-making, architecture refinements, and the definition of standards. • Mentor and support less experienced developers when needed.
