• Develop and enhance customizations on ITSM platforms (forms, rules, automations, and workflows) • Build integrations between systems via APIs • Develop scripts and solutions using Python • Support the automation of operational processes and service workflows • Work with data manipulation and processing to support solutions • Assist in the analysis and resolution of low-complexity technical issues • Collaborate with technical and business teams to understand requirements • Participate in code reviews and continuously improve the quality of deliverables
