• Act as a technical lead, ensuring architectural coherence and delivery quality. • Design and evolve backend and frontend architectures aligned with business and non-functional requirements. • Define and uphold technical standards, development best practices and guidelines. • Actively resolve technical impediments and structural issues. • Support complex technical decisions and conduct architecture reviews. • Code when necessary, especially on critical or foundational components. • Ensure consistent integration between frontend, BFF and backend. • Provide governance for technical aspects, observability, security and resilience of solutions. • Work closely with the PO, UX, QA and technical stakeholders. • Raise the teams' technical level through continuous mentoring, reviews and direction.

• Develop and enhance customizations on ITSM platforms (forms, rules, automations, and workflows) • Build integrations between systems via APIs • Develop scripts and solutions using Python • Support the automation of operational processes and service workflows • Work with data manipulation and processing to support solutions • Assist in the analysis and resolution of low-complexity technical issues • Collaborate with technical and business teams to understand requirements • Participate in code reviews and continuously improve the quality of deliverables

• Develop and enhance backend services in Java, working on business-critical flows. • Design, implement, and evolve robust, versioned REST APIs. • Work with microservices-based architectures and Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) patterns. • Implement complex business rules with a focus on reliability and traceability. • Integrate high-criticality internal and external systems. • Ensure security, performance, resilience, and observability of services. • Actively participate in analyzing and resolving complex issues, including production incidents. • Participate in technical decision-making, architecture refinements, and the definition of standards. • Mentor and support less experienced developers when needed.

• Develop and enhance native Android applications for business-critical flows • Design and evolve mobile architectures and development patterns • Integrate applications with backend APIs and services, including BFFs and API Gateway • Ensure performance, stability, security and code quality • Analyze and resolve complex issues, including production incidents • Lead refactorings aimed at scalability and long-term maintainability • Actively participate in code reviews and technical decision-making • Work closely with backend, product, design and QA teams • Operate in high-volume environments and on mission-critical applications

• Develop and evolve data ingestion, transformation, and provisioning processes (ETL/ELT) • Perform extraction, cleaning, formatting, and organization of data from multiple sources • Work with structured data in the client's catalogs, ensuring consistency and quality • Develop data solutions within the Databricks environment • Build and maintain data interfaces and structures to meet regulatory and tax requirements • Ensure data quality, traceability, and governance across pipelines • Analyze and resolve data- and integration-related issues • Collaborate with engineering, business, and regulatory teams • Contribute to the evolution of data standards, best practices, and data architecture

• Atuar na resolução de incidentes em produção  • Realizar análise de causa raiz (RCA) e implementar correções • Monitorar e interpretar logs, métricas e alertas • Executar hotfixes e correções pontuais no código • Acompanhar e apoiar deploys e releases, mitigando riscos • Investigar problemas em: APIs / mensageria /integrações com terceiros • Atuar na correção de dados, quando necessário • Criar e evoluir runbooks operacionais • Identificar e atuar em gargalos de performance e falhas recorrentes • Trabalhar junto a times de produto e engenharia na priorização de bugs e débitos técnicos • Participar de plantão/on-call, quando aplicável

• Act as a bridge between business areas (Product) and IT. • Define application and infrastructure standards (reference architecture). • Plan architecture roadmaps considering growth and projections. • Perform architectural trade-off analyses (cost × benefit). • Produce documentation using standards such as the C4 Model. • Support squads and participate in agile ceremonies (inception/discovery, daily, planning, review, retro). • Create reusable corporate components. • Work alongside Cloud, Security and QA teams. • Evaluate new technologies and lead POCs. • Hands-on: development, integrations, provisioning, environment configuration, and technical defense of solutions.

• Develop and enhance features in a 100% React Native application • Build interfaces with a focus on usability, performance, and code organization • Work with navigation based on React Navigation • Use TypeScript, ensuring consistent typing and readable code • Integrate and maintain native modules when necessary • Implement and sustain flows using WebView • Contribute to the evolution of the application's componentization • Ensure code quality and maintainability through code reviews and best practices • Identify and resolve complex issues, including production incidents • Analyze and optimize application performance (rendering, resource usage, navigation, etc.) • Work with observability for diagnostics and continuous improvement • Collaborate with UX/UI on the technical implementation of interfaces • Work together with backend teams and stakeholders to define solutions • Actively participate in the full development cycle (planning, development, testing, and delivery)
