Role Description We are seeking a Field Applications Scientist to serve as a technical expert supporting downstream filtration and chromatography solutions for the bioprocess industry. This individual will collaborate with customers and sales teams to apply deep knowledge of process development, filtration, and biomanufacturing in both pre- and post-sales activities, enabling informed decision-making and successful process outcomes. - Work in coordination with the Repligen sales team and product management to provide pre- and post-sales support to customers for the TangenX® flat sheet, Spectrum® hollow fiber, ARTeSYN TFF & Chromatography Systems, KrosFlo® TFF Systems, ProConnex® flow paths and OPUS® pre-packed columns. - Respond to customer requests for technical support, give technical seminars, perform product demonstrations, provide on-site/in-lab support and training, troubleshoot and assist with the execution of voice of customer surveys. - Drive customer project execution using Repligen technologies, enabling successful adoption from early development through commercial-scale manufacturing. - Translate customer engagements into clear technical reports, applications data, and customer-facing materials that support commercial objectives. - Partner with Product Management, R&D, and Sales by delivering actionable customer feedback to inform product strategy and improvements. - Represent Repligen at customer meetings, seminars, and industry conferences through high-impact technical presentations.
