• Install, qualify (IQ/OQ/PQ), maintain, and repair TFF/TFDF Systems, Chromatography, PATsmart™ Analytical products, XCell™ ATF, and related systems. • Collaborate with internal teams to execute Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) and support Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) as needed. • Deliver customer training on system operation, software, and accessories. • Provide remote and on-site technical support to customers and internal teams. • Maintain accurate documentation of all service activities and escalate issues as needed. • Follow-up with customers and/or colleagues on all Service deliverables, pre and post service events.
• Serve as a single point of contact for a given set of Global Strategic Accounts. • Own execution of order fulfilment for relevant strategic accounts across all global sites for that customer. • Balance customer delivery requirements, supply constraints, and revenue priorities. • Lead daily execution alignment across Strategic Account Managers, Product Management, Regional Commercial, Finance, Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, and Distribution. • Co-Own with Strategic Account Managers and Regional commercial leadership identification and communication of risks and opportunities. • Own resolution of critical fulfilment issues and delivery risks. • Embed daily management discipline, leveraging standard work and performance routines. • Ensure robust, standardized processes are in place to consistently meet customer and business expectations. • Lead or contribute to process improvement and business transformation initiatives. • Operate effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Understand, develop and position Repligen products into all applications of Fluid Management and fluid transfer • Define, develop, manage, and rationalize a regional go to market strategy • Develop and execute a regional management plan in close collaboration with Global Sales Director • Develop customized and modular solutions for customers in upstream and downstream bioprocessing • Review and support custom flow path design preparation and prepare proposals based on customer requirements • Conduct sales negotiations with technical and procurement departments • Develop new target accounts across the territory • Provide accurate and timely sales reporting and forecasting • Maintain contact with key bioprocessing infrastructure partners
• Identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media. • Evaluate and qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and timeline focusing on consumables and selected systems opportunities. • Conduct virtual product presentations and demonstrations to prospective and existing customers. • Negotiate and close deals with prospects for consumables and selected system opportunities. • Maintain and update CRM software (SFDC) with accurate customer information and sales activities. • Work closely with the field sales, marketing, and technical support teams to align sales strategies with marketing campaigns. • Generate sales reports and present them to the management team.
• Own the day-to-day administration, support, health, and continuous improvement of the Microsoft 365 platform. • Serve as the primary technical authority and Tier 3 escalation point for Microsoft 365-related incidents and complex technical issues. • Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft 365 solutions that are secure, scalable, and aligned with enterprise architecture standards. • Administer and support Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Microsoft Entra ID, and Microsoft Intune. • Manage hybrid identity services including Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory integration, Conditional Access, Multi-Factor Authentication, and Single Sign-On. • Support enterprise application integrations leveraging SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SCIM provisioning. • Develop and maintain standards, governance controls, operational procedures, and platform best practices. • Evaluate Microsoft roadmap enhancements and lead the adoption of new technologies and platform capabilities. • Administer endpoint management solutions including Intune, Windows Autopilot, device compliance policies, configuration profiles, application deployment, and endpoint security baselines. • Design and maintain automated device provisioning and lifecycle management processes. • Develop PowerShell and Microsoft Graph-based automation to improve operational efficiency, platform governance, reporting, and service delivery. • Monitor platform health, capacity, service performance, and user experience, proactively identifying and resolving issues. • Build and maintain operational dashboards, reporting, and metrics related to platform performance, adoption, compliance, and service quality. • Partner with Cybersecurity teams to implement and support Microsoft 365 security controls, including Conditional Access, identity protection, and collaboration governance. • Participate in major incident response, root cause analysis, problem management, and service improvement initiatives. • Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, operational runbooks, and support procedures. • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Service Desk, Digital Workplace, Infrastructure, and operations teams. • Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, Service Desk, Digital Workplace, and business stakeholders to deliver reliable and innovative solutions.
• Own the administration, engineering, governance, and continuous improvement of enterprise identity and access management services. • Serve as the primary technical owner for Microsoft Entra ID and related identity platforms. • Design, implement, and support authentication and authorization solutions across cloud and on-premises environments. • Administer and maintain Conditional Access policies, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Identity Protection, passwordless authentication, and modern access management solutions. • Design and support Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations utilizing SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP, Kerberos, and SCIM technologies. • Manage enterprise application onboarding, identity integrations, access provisioning, and entitlement management processes. • Partner with HR, Infrastructure, and application owners to design and automate Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) processes. • Implement and maintain role-based access controls (RBAC), access governance standards, segregation of duties, and least-privilege access models. • Administer Privileged Identity Management (PIM), privileged access controls, privileged account governance, and delegated administration models. • Conduct access reviews, entitlement reviews, and certification activities to ensure appropriate access to systems and applications. • Administer and maintain enterprise Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), including certificate authorities, certificate lifecycle management, issuance, renewal, revocation, and governance. • Manage digital certificates supporting users, devices, applications, servers, network infrastructure, and cloud services. • Support certificate-based authentication, passwordless authentication, and device trust technologies across enterprise platforms. • Partner with Network Engineering teams to support secure wired, wireless, VPN, remote access, and device authentication services. • Monitor identity, authentication, PKI, and NAC platform health while proactively identifying and addressing operational issues. • Develop automation using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, and related technologies to improve provisioning, governance, monitoring, and reporting processes. • Build and maintain operational dashboards, metrics, and reporting related to identity health, access governance, compliance, and platform performance. • Support compliance, audit, and regulatory requirements through evidence collection, reporting, and control validation. • Partner with Cybersecurity teams to implement secure identity controls aligned with Zero Trust principles and enterprise security standards. • Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and remediation activities related to identity, authentication, and access management services. • Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, operational runbooks, and support procedures. • Evaluate emerging identity, authentication, PKI, and access management technologies and recommend improvements that enhance security, scalability, and user experience. • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to IT teams and application owners regarding identity and access management best practices.

Bioprocessing Sales Specialist

Role Description Repligen is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Specialist whose primary role will be to sell an expanding portfolio of highly differentiated TFF Membrane processing solutions that address critical steps in the production of biologic drugs – principally in the Protein, mRNA and Cell & Gene Therapy segments - to new and existing Biopharmaceutical customers across a territory in the Boston area. - Drive sales process through the territory managers to meet or exceed sales and profitability targets for the downstream product portfolio. - Promote and sell a portfolio of differentiated TFF Membrane Solutions and Benchtop TFF Systems; articulate key differentiators and value proposition of company products. - Develop and execute a Regional management plan in close collaboration with Regional Sales Director and the Global BSS Leader. - Conduct sales negotiations with technical and planning departments. - Establish and maintain Strategic Key Account relationships. - Develop new target accounts across the territory. - Develop and support customers as they move through the clinical pipeline from lab-scale to full process scale solutions. - Provide accurate and timely sales reporting and forecasting with a market leading CRM tool. - Be the customer and market advocate to the internal organization. - Interface with Business and Market Development to ensure that appropriate product, market and competitive information is shared in an accurate and timely manner. - Support the development of sales collateral. - Execute all aspects of field sales activity to include customer visits, technical presentations and laboratory demonstrations where appropriate. Qualifications - A minimum of a BSc degree in a relevant scientific subject. - A minimum of 5-10+ years of experience in the biopharmaceutical or life science industries. - A strong understanding of Chromatography and Filtration is a priority and knowledge of the entire bioprocessing workflow is important. - Proven successful sales track record of sales and developing new business. - Proven ability to build mutually beneficial, personable, trusting relationships with customers, suppliers and partners. - Strong analytical and forecasting skills. - Willing to travel extensively throughout the territory. Benefits - Estimated base salary range for this role is $160,000- $190,000. - Compensation decisions are dependent on several factors including qualifications, location, internal equity, and alignment with market data. - Employees are eligible to participate in one of our variable cash programs (bonus or commission). - Eligible roles may receive equity as part of the compensation package. - Wide range of benefits such as paid time off, health/dental/vision, retirement benefits, and flexible spending accounts.
