Role Description We’re looking for a Creative Technologist who can independently design, test, and optimize generative AI workflows in a fast-moving production environment. This role sits at the intersection of creative intent and technical execution, owning pipeline design, model experimentation, and workflow refinement across multiple genres. You’ll operate across all creative pods as both a builder and a guide, translating creative briefs into structured AI systems while helping scale our production capabilities. This person will also stay on the cutting edge of AI media, continuously testing new tools and workflows, presenting findings, and helping position TrueShort as a leader in the space.
