Role Description RZR is seeking a dynamic Senior Account Executive to join our sales team and help drive new business in the China region across User Acquisition, Re-Engagement, and CTV. This is a ground-floor opportunity — the ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with strong sales execution skills and a passion for mobile performance marketing. Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will own the full sales cycle and work closely with our Growth, Marketing, and Product teams to deliver revenue growth for the business. Key Responsibilities - Create and execute a detailed sales plan for a named list of accounts, including competitive intel, key decision makers, goals, and sales strategy. - Present RZR's programmatic solutions to key decision makers at mobile app companies, large consumer brands, and media agencies. - Secure new business contracts and successfully launch new customers. - Leverage marketing resources (content, events, ABM) to close business and drive brand awareness. - Attend industry events and conferences to build pipeline and represent RZR. - Operate independently, balancing long-term growth with short-term efforts to drive aggressive regional growth. - Stay current on the latest industry trends in mobile advertising. - Meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets. Qualifications - 8+ years of programmatic advertising sales experience with expertise in mobile marketing (UA, Re-Engagement, DSPs, SKAN, mobile attribution, and more). - Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships, especially with app marketing decision makers. - Strategic, consultative seller skilled at uncovering client challenges and aligning them with RZR's solutions. - Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills across all organisational levels. - Builder mindset with a track record of driving business growth beyond quota expectations. - Collaborative approach — works effectively with Growth, Product, and Marketing teams. - Self-starter who thrives working independently and taking full ownership of outcomes. Role Overview We are looking for a Creative Designer who can design and produce high-quality multimedia content across various platforms, including paid social, DSPs, and ad networks. This role requires a strong foundation in graphic design, animation, and video production, with the ability to adapt creative assets for performance-driven marketing environments. The Creative Designer will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to ensure creative outputs align with campaign objectives, platform requirements, and brand standards. As part of Creative Services, this role contributes directly to creative scale, quality, and execution speed, supporting global teams during mid-shift coverage. Working Hours / Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Manila time) Key Responsibilities - Conceptualise, design, and produce multimedia creative assets, including: - Static ads - Motion graphics - Video content - Adapt and optimise assets for multiple platforms (Meta, TikTok, DSPs, Ad Networks) - Ensure brand consistency and adherence to creative guidelines - Collaborate with Creative Leads, Strategists, and Project Managers on execution - Manage multiple design tasks simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines - Participate in creative iterations based on performance insights and feedback - Incorporate AI tools and automation where applicable to improve efficiency - Maintain high quality standards across all deliverables - Stay current with industry trends in digital advertising and multimedia design Required Skills / Experience Core Requirements - 2-5+ years of experience in: - Multimedia production - Motion graphics - Video editing - Digital or performance advertising design - Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) - Solid understanding of: - Composition - Typography - Colour theory - Visual storytelling - Experience producing assets for digital and mobile-first platforms - Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment - Strong collaboration and communication skills Preferred / Nice to Have - Experience with: - Figma, Canva, Procreate - Interactive or emerging design tools - Familiarity with performance-driven creative optimisation, including: - A/B testing - Iterative creative improvements - Exposure to AI-powered creative tools (e.g. generative design, automation tools) - Experience working with global or distributed teams
