Contracts Management Manager – Public Sector
Huron
• Manage contract documents, including RFPs, confidentiality agreements, teaming agreements, vendor agreements, and other client and vendor documents, representations and certifications. • Under the supervision of the Director of Contracts, draft, review, analyze, and negotiate terms and conditions in accordance with company policies and procedures, exercising sound judgment in risk identification and mitigation, escalating complex issues to the Director or Contracts as appropriate. • Maintain contract records and track key information in Huron’s contract lifecycle management tool • Interpret and apply Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARS), and contract vehicle–specific requirements; advise sellers and engagement teams on compliance implications and proactively communicate regulatory updates that may impact Huron’s public sector business. • Coordinate acceptance and signature processes with appropriate signatories • Stay informed about updates to Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR) that may impact Huron, sharing relevant information with the team. • Lead and deliver onboarding and training of new project staff to government contracting and project processes/tools. • Serve as Facility Security Officer (FSO) in accordance with National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) • Oversee and maintain compliance with Facility Security Clearance (FCL) requirements, including coordination with the cognizant security organizations • Advise sellers and engagement leaders on security requirements during the pursuit and delivery of classified or sensitive public sector engagements. • Coordinate personnel security clearance processes in partnership with HR and external security vendors • Participate in internal strategic initiatives and projects as assigned. May be asked to support other tasks and projects.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance
- 5+ years of contract management experience
- Experience with government contracting in a consulting environment preferred
- Understanding of government contracting procedures and contract types, including basic understanding of the FAR.
- Ability to read and interpret federal documents (RFPs, RFIs, federal schedules).
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Teams) and AI tools.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to complete daily tasks with minimal supervision.

The Stroke Territory Manager is responsible for sales and customer support for the Acute Ischemic Stroke (AIS) portfolio in a designated territory. This role will partner closely with other Stryker Neurovascular Territory Managers in the designated geographic market to create and implement strategic plans.
