We are seeking a CPQ Support & Pricing Analyst to strategically partner with the A/NZ sales team, overseeing the end-to-end pricing and quotation process to ensure timely and accurate quote generation. The successful applicant will work alongside sales to streamline CPQ quote approval by providing enablement, pricing support, and managing the maintenance of Agreements, Contracts & Packages, and Price Lists Job DescriptionScope of Responsibilities/Expectations: - Ensure timely review and approval of A/NZ CPQ quotes, guaranteeing adherence to all pricing policies. - Manage and maintain the integrity of Price Lists, Agreements, Contracts, and Packages essential for accurate and timely quotation generation. - Proactively monitor product portfolio updates (new parts and changes) and execute immediate actions to maintain current and precise pricing data. - Serve as the primary escalation point for the sales team to troubleshoot and resolve CPQ related quoting issues. - Drive continuous improvement by identifying and mitigating process bottlenecks that impact speed to quote. - Deliver 1:1 training on the CPQ tool and quotation process, and develop user guides to enhance the sales team’s experience and system adoption. - Collaborate with IT and relevant stakeholders to test new features or system enhancements. - Perform regular testing of CPQ configurations and updates to ensure pricing accuracy and reliable quote generation. - Develop and maintain reports to support management oversight of CPQ tool and quoting performance.
