• Develop and customize WordPress themes and plugins according to design specifications • Write clean, semantic HTML/CSS with attention to cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness • Implement and maintain on-page SEO: meta tags, structured data, page speed optimization, Core Web Vitals • Integrate and configure SEO plugins (Yoast, Rank Math, etc.) and analytics tools (GA4, GTM) • Work with page builders (Elementor, Gutenberg) where required without sacrificing code quality • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to clarify requirements and deliver on time • Maintain existing WordPress sites: updates, security patches, performance audits

• Design, develop, and maintain applications and modules within the Ellucian Banner system. • Implement integrations between Banner and other institutional systems (ERP, CRM, LMS, etc.). • Optimize business processes through customizations and extensions in Banner. • Create and maintain PL/SQL scripts, stored procedures, triggers, and packages to support critical functionalities in Oracle. • Experience with integration and frameworks (Ethos, API's). • Collaborate with functional and IT teams to translate requirements into technical solutions. • Conduct impact analysis and unit testing prior to production deployments. • Document configurations, developments, and workflows to ensure traceability. • Monitor application performance and propose efficiency improvements. • Provide advanced-level support for Banner-related incidents. • Lead projects involving system upgrades, migrations, and new implementations.
