Anderson Auto Group has grown to nine new vehicle franchise locations and employs over 500 people in Nebraska and Missouri and continues to grow. Our progressive dealer group has an immediate opening for the best customer-centered people to staff remotely in our business development center known as the Customer Experience Center (CEC). This position within the Customer Experience Center (CEC) supports our Service Departments and is primarily focused on Inbound Service customers calling to schedule appointments along with various other service call types for appointment scheduling. Laptop, monitors, keyboard, mouse, headset, and all connection cabling will be provided by Anderson Auto Group. - Must be able to participate in video (Microsoft Teams) calls for training, one-on-one coaching, and group meetings at any point in the work-day. Role Description The Franchise Business Coach (FBC) prides themselves on proactively fostering and maintaining strong relationships with franchise partners. The FBC serves a pivotal role in the system, offering strategic guidance and support to franchisees to improve their operational efficiency, financial performance, and adhere to brand standards and procedures. The Franchise Business Coach leverages financial data, analysis, and reporting to identify unique opportunities for business growth and profitability within each location. The FBC is the single point of contact for franchise partners and works collaboratively with cross-departmental teams to provide enhanced services and support across multiple disciplines. This position reports to the Vice President of Franchise Performance.
