• Routine and Productivity Management: You will be responsible for organizing and planning your prospecting, qualification, and follow-up activities in HubSpot, keeping the CRM up to date and maintaining the discipline required for remote work. • Active Prospecting: Maintain a consistent volume of activities, with a focus on calls, supplemented by emails and WhatsApp. • Consultative and Personalized Approach: Build rapport with contacts, creating human connections that facilitate conversation and overcome resistance. • Overcoming Objections: You will handle common objections such as "I already have a supplier" or "long contracts," using solid arguments about Flash's differentiators and the value of the solution. • Opportunity Prioritization: You will prioritize leads with the greatest potential, focusing on the early hours of the day for high-impact contacts and ensuring effective cold outreach.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in active prospecting (OUTBOUND), with experience in pre-sales focused on acquiring new leads from scratch and opening new markets.
  • Cold calling and experience handling a high volume of daily activities, using the phone as the primary communication channel.
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills, with the ability to plan and structure your work routine independently and efficiently.
  • Resilience and Persistence: You don’t get discouraged by rejections and challenges. You demonstrate the ability to handle "no" as part of the process while maintaining focus and a positive mindset.
  • Self-motivation and Purpose-Driven: Driven by clear goals (personal or professional), with self-discipline—especially when working remotely—and a focus on results and continuous growth.
  • Communication That Converts: Ability to express yourself clearly and persuasively, building rapport and adapting your message to engage and qualify leads.
  • Differentiators: Knowledge of CRM tools, especially HubSpot, to manage leads, tasks, and cadences.
  • Experience working in HR Techs, benefits solutions, or SaaS companies is a plus.

Position Summary As a Collector, you play an integral role in delivering cost effective solutions for our patients by working with insurance companies to resolve issues associated with our patients’ insurance claims. In this role you will ensure timely follow-up on all patient accounts; including escalating payer trending concerns to leadership and timely communication with external departments; work with payers to ensure proper reimbursement on patient accounts, identify and prepare adjustments and write-offs; correct and resubmit claims (subject to policy); follow-up on daily correspondence (denials, short-pays); interface with insurance companies via phone and web portal to check claim status, submit written correspondence to payers and patients; interpret contracts with payers to ensure proper payment; send initial or secondary bills to insurance companies; process refunds and work to overturn insurance claim rejections while maintaining quality and productivity requirements. To be successful in this role you will utilize Excel, Outlook, and Word and your critical thinking skills to ensure a high quality of work. Role Description Kongsberg Defense & Aerospace, Inc. (KDA Inc.) is seeking a dynamic and highly experienced Business Development Director to drive growth for our Land Systems portfolio across the United States. This remote leadership role sits at the center of one of Kongsberg’s most strategically important product families—the PROTECTOR line of remote weapon stations and turret systems—and serves as the primary bridge between KDA Inc. in the U.S. and our counterparts at Kongsberg Defense & Aerospace in Norway. As the senior business development lead for this mission‑critical domain, you will: - Shape customer engagement strategies. - Cultivate high‑value relationships. - Influence key stakeholders across the U.S. Army, Department of War (DOW), and other defense programs. - Operate as the integrator, communicator, and problem‑solver. - Ensure seamless alignment between U.S. customer needs, OEM partners, funding and requirements offices, and Kongsberg’s global engineering and product teams. Responsibilities - Report to the Business Development Director and work as part of the KDA Inc.
